News reaching newtrustnews.wordpress.com that the entire party executives of Mashi local government donated money to buy nomination form for Hon Mansur Ali Mashi [special assistant to Gov Masari on Radio Monitoring] in the upcoming house of representative Mashi/Dutsi by-election.

The election is slated to hold on the 20th of May, 2017.

Eleven Chairmen from 11 wards in Mashi and 22 out of 26 APC party Exco’s in Mashi were deeply involved in directly buying nomination form for Masur Ali Mashi to contest in the primary election in the upcoming by-election.

The shocking revelation came at a time when the mighty opposition party PDP held meeting to warn the EXCO officials to desist from endorsing or showing any allegiance to any aspirant until primary election is concluded.

What this means is while Katsina PDP has chosen transparency APC embraces imposition, while PDP are trying to reverse the destructive ways that made them lose power and popularity Katsina APC is embracing destruction, impunity that will destroy their party internally and externally.

The actions of APC EXCO’s in Mashi further exposes the length on how they are prepared to manipulate delegates during the primary election.

It is indeed a setback to APC who is struggling to fulfill its promises to engage in a one sided party allegiance leaving other same party aspirants.
